All you need:
- 1 lb of your most favorite lean meat, I use beef
- 1 15oz. can of canned organic crushed tomato
- 1 15oz. can fat-free refried black beans
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- Enough Mozzerella Cheese
- About 8 large tortillas
- Salsa Rojo or Salsa Verde
What you do:
- Brown ground meat until no longer pink
- Add taco seasoning, crushed tomatoes and beans
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Let mixture cool for 10 minutes
- Once cooled, load tortillas and top with cheese
- Then fold into a burrito!
- Place into a coated baking dish and bake @ 375 degrees for about 30 minutes
- Once finished crisping up, separate burritos into what you will eat this week and what you will eat later. Place what you will eat later into a foil wrapping followed by a zip-lock back and then in to freezer. Enjoy!!
